These condominiums are all 5 star energy rated and highly energy efficient.  All units are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment style condos.  Located in the center of the ever-growing Enterprise section of Orange City, the condos provide great access to shopping or commuting to Orlando.  The community has a security gate, car wash area, many sidewalks, a pool and a clubhouse.  The nice design, inside and out, make the units attractive and the prices make them affordable.  These units' prices were fixed by the builder.  As more units went under contract, the builder decided to raise prices while the overall market kept declining.  This proved to be bad judgement.  They never did finish selling every unit.  Like most builders, they are struggling to get through this real estate decline.
